How Much Does Shipping Cost?
All orders over $49 ship free within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and international orders do not qualify for free shipping. Orders under $49 will be charged shipping based on size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

When Will My Order Ship?
Most in-stock orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern Time (excluding weekends and holidays) ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time typically ship the next business day.

What Carrier Will Deliver My Order?
We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on the service that provides the fastest and most reliable delivery for your location. If you have a special carrier request, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

International Shipping
We ship internationally. Shipping rates will display at checkout once you enter your address.
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.
Title and risk of loss pass to you once the shipment is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Returns & Warranties
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items for a refund within 90 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, and in their original product packaging. Certain items may not be eligible for return if they show signs of use, damage, or missing components.
To initiate a return:
STEP 1: Contact us within 90 days of delivery to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can call 760-202-4003 or Email us. We will provide you with an RMA number and return instructions.
STEP 2: Ship the item back to the return address provided in your RMA email. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as incorrect or defective merchandise). Please include your RMA number and contact information inside the package.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Warranties
Sörbo Products warrants that products will be free from manufacturing defects for 90 days from the date of purchase.
If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect within 90 days of purchase, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, modification, or unauthorized repairs.
