Shipping policy

All orders over $47 ship free within the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, and international orders do not qualify for free shipping. Orders under $47 will be charged shipping based on size, weight, and destination. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Most in-stock orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern Time (excluding weekends and holidays) ship the same business day. Orders placed after that time typically ship the next business day.

Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, or events beyond our control are not our responsibility.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS, or DHL, depending on the service that provides the fastest and most reliable delivery for your location. If you have a special carrier request, please contact us prior to placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you require equipment urgently, please call us at 760-202-4003. When possible, we will work with you to expedite your shipment.

We ship internationally. Shipping rates will display at checkout once you enter your address.

International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage charges imposed by their country. Delivery times may vary due to customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email or text.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the shipment is delivered to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If a package is lost in transit, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply.
