Shipping & Delivery

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Orders over $49 ship fast and free within the contiguous United States. Please note that free shipping does not apply to Hawaii or Alaska.

For orders under $49, shipping rates are calculated based on the items in your cart and the type of products being shipped.

When Will I Recieve My order?

Most orders placed before 4:30 PM Eastern Time ship the same day (excluding weekends, as we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays). Orders submitted after that time will typically ship the next business day.

What Carrier Will Deliver My Order?

Most orders ship via FedEx or UPS by default. However, we reserve the right to choose the carrier that will deliver your order the fastest. If you have a specific carrier preference, please contact us before placing your order.

Please note that a physical street address is required for delivery, as we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

International Shipping

We now allow for international shipping. The system should automatically detect your country, but if not, you can always click "Change" in the top right corner to switch countries.

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships, so you can monitor its progress and know exactly when to expect delivery.

If you’re in urgent need of equipment, please call us at 760-202-4003. We may be able to arrange expedited shipping to help you get your supplies as quickly as possible.

Speak with our customer service team to confirm availability and delivery timing.

Can I add to my order or combine shipments?

Once your order is in process, our warehouse team works quickly to get it out the door—so we’re unable to pull packages off the line to add additional items.

However, if you’d like to place a second order totaling $49 or more, we’ll ship that order free as well.
