90 Day Returns
If you’re not completely satisfied with your new window cleaning supplies, you may return them for a full refund. We accept returns on any new, unused, and unopened items within 90 days of delivery, no questions asked.
To begin the return process, contact us within 90 days of receiving your order or complete the return form on this page. Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, we’ll issue a full refund.
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Contact us to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, or fill out the form on this page.

We’ll provide an RMA number and return instructions via email. Please include your RMA number with your return.
Step 2: Ship Your Item Back
Ship the product back within 90 days of delivery to the return address provided in your RMA email.
- Items must be returned in original packaging
- Products must be unused and in new condition
- Include your contact information and RMA number inside the package
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly.
